Foreign travelers with travel history to China, Bangladesh, France, Iran, Italy, and Spain among other countries are banned from entry into the Maldives. It is a border closed country with all visas suspended on arrival.
Maldives internationals and residents can return home but are subject to a 14-day quarantine. Everyone must present a Health Declaration Card upon arrival.
